Please return the item with its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; and proof of purchase within 30 days receipt of the item.

When will I receive my refund?
Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
How will I be refunded?

Delivery fee
We usually don’t accept for change of mind returns. However, should we approved the return, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
You will receive an email notification within 72 business hours upon approval and you will be refunded the same way you paid.

Are any items excluded from the returns policy?
Change of mind returns is not available for cosmetics, fragrances, hosiery, underwear, swimwear, printer cartridges, bedding accessories (for example, mattress and pillow protectors) or gift cards.
